This policy explains how personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data is collected

This website has no contact form. Personal data only reaches the controller when you choose to make contact:

  • WhatsApp, phone or email contact — your phone number, the name shown on your profile, the content of your messages, and any photos or address details you send in order to describe the job.
  • Service delivery — the address where the work is carried out, and billing details when an invoice is required.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, processed by the hosting provider for security and stability purposes.
  • Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.

No special categories of data are requested, and the site is not directed at minors.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings described in the cookie policy.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except to the service providers strictly necessary to operate:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security (Cloudflare Pages).
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — audience measurement, only with your consent.
  • Tax advisor and public authorities — where a legal obligation applies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent previously given. Write to hola@bravarenova.com stating your request; you may be asked to confirm your identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
