A bathroom or kitchen takes around 2–4 weeks, a full apartment usually 6–12 weeks. We agree a realistic schedule before we start.
Can you renovate while I am abroad?
Yes, most of our clients live abroad. We manage the whole project, send weekly photos and reports, and keep you updated by WhatsApp or email.
Do you manage the whole project?
Yes — we coordinate demolition, construction, plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting and cleaning under one contract and one responsible team.
Do you work with communities and holiday rentals?
We renovate private homes, apartments and holiday rentals, and coordinate with communities and administrators for permits and works.
